Through the real-name registration on the university's website or its official WeChat account, visitors can now book passes to ensure they can see the popular sight, which has capped its daily visitors to 15,000 on weekdays and 30,000 at weekends from March 20 to early April. Wuhan University has always attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors for its annual cherry blossom blooming season. Over 180,000 tourists flocked to the campus from March 14 to 29 last year to visit the cherry blossoms, the China News Service reported.
