The Beijing Labor Arbitration Commission ordered Kang Zeyu to pay Baidu 830,000 yuan for violating non-compete and non-disclosure agreements. 北京劳动仲裁委员会责令康泽宇就违反竞业协议和保密协议赔偿百度83万元。

Kang was hired at a company associated with Jinri Toutiao less than a week after he left Baidu. 康泽宇在离开百度后不到一周，就供职于今日头条的关联公司。

The contract he signed with Baidu forbid him from joining a competitor within one year of resignation. 他与百度签订的合同禁止他在辞职后的一年内加入竞争对手。
