The Lion Air flight JT610 with 189 people aboard crashed into the sea off Indonesia's island of Java on Monday, shortly after takeoff from the capital Jakarta. All the 189 passengers and crew aboard may have been killed in the incident, the Indonesian search and rescue agency said on Monday, as it announced it had found human remains.
