The outspoken man, Zhang Jiazheng, was a businessman whose job required him to travel a lot and frequent star hotels across China. During his stays, he discovered that 14 out of the 147 five-star and luxury hotel branches he had checked in for the past six years had severe sanitary problems, with staff using dirty towels to clean guests’ cups and toilets, the Paper reported.
