Shake Shack and Grubhub are taking a bite out of the growing on-demand food delivery business.

CNBC says both companies have teamed up to for nationwide delivery, which will roll out soon.

The partnership is being tested in four locations including Morningside Heights in New York, River North in Chicago, Livingston, New Jersey and Darien, Connecticut.

Shake Shack flirted with Grubhub’s competition over the past two years, but ultimately went with Grubhub.

Speaking of keeping your options open, McDonald’s recently ended its exclusive partnership with UberEats, and added DoorDash as a partner.

Delivery is big business, and money talks!

McDonald’s recently said delivery will be a $4 billion business globally in 2019.

Chipotle also partnered with DoorDash and said delivery is the fastest-growing part of its business.

And people are willing to pay for the convenience.

A recent survey from U.S. Foods shows 37% will spend $6 to $10 on delivery fees, service and a tip combined.

The average person has two food delivery apps and uses them three times a month.
