Byron Bay, a small beach town and one of the must do’s if travelling the east coast of Australia. Found on the border between New South Wales and Queensland, it’s a two hour drive south from my home town, the Sunshine Coast [太阳]

On this simple day trip, Jenny, I and my friends Jay and Katie hiked Minyon Falls and ate at one of the best Japanese cafe in the world (in my opinion), Domo Cafe. Owned by a traditional, second generation Japanese family, you can feel the traditions being passed down with a beautiful infusion of east meets west. Simply delicious!
