2020年EurekAlert!優睿科国际科学记者奖学金项目申请程序正式开始。来自中国、印度、巴尔干地区、中东阿拉伯国家、以及中美洲和南美洲国家的、处于职业生涯早期的科学记者可通过申请获得差旅资助，并参加于2020年2月13-16日在美国华盛顿州西雅图市召开的美国科学促进会(AAAS)2020年年会（http://t.cn/AiRTAugK）。奖学金项目独立的评审团将从以上各个国家或地区的申请记者中评选出一名获奖者。点击这里（http://t.cn/AiRTAug0）获得详情。

優睿科国际科学记者奖学金项目设立于2004年，旨在支持和促进新兴国际地区的科学新闻事业。该项目自设立以来支持了来自世界各地的处于职业生涯早期的科学记者。2020年的奖学金项目部分由约翰·霍普金斯医疗集团（http://t.cn/RqTSWr0）支持；其资助将全部用于支持来自中国的获奖记者。

2020年優睿科国际科学记者奖学金的申请者可以是全职科学记者或者自由科学撰稿记者；申请者的相关职业生涯应未满五年，且是从未获得过该奖学金的全职记者或自由撰稿记者。符合申请资格的申请者必须提交数篇曾发表过的新闻报道作品、一篇简短的论述文章、以及一封来自编辑部主管或资深记者的推荐信。申请者必须满足EurekAlert!例行的注册记者条件（http://t.cn/AiRTAugo）。符合申请资格的申请者还须提供来自经官方认证的新闻机构的工作证明或正式的记者证。
