Miji Cooking Table, a special cooktop developed by cooking utensil manufacturer Miji Design Germany, was displayed at the 2nd China International Import Expo (CIIE). Employing advanced induction technology and heatproof materials, the surface of the cooktop remains almost cold, which reduces the risk of being scalded while cooking. The inductive system allows the cooktop to heat automatically when it senses pots and pans being placed on its surface. No steam or fumes are created when cooking over the cooktop. Besides, the cooktop can also be used as a kitchen countertop, thus significantly saving kitchen space.
