happiness does not need to be conditional. we need to detach ourselves from the idea that happiness is something were only allowed to enjoy once we accomplish certain things or get certain things. because this becomes a perpetual chase that sets us up for disappointment and more unhappiness. happiness is something that can be enjoyed right now. and everyone deserves it, no matter what 💜💛
