【文书Tips】整理东西发现之前看到的一份学生写的文书写作的原则，我觉得挺有用的，特地再发下，给各位写文书或写Essay的Proofreading参考：

用词原则-Clear and Concise
1.能用一个词，不用多个词
the majority of= most
a certain number= many
for the purpose of=for
is referred to as sth=called

2.能用好简单词，不用复杂词-不要替换自己所谓的高级词

3.多用实义词，慎用修饰词
慎用形容词
慎用副词
慎用强调词

4.慎用时间修饰词
firmly believe-convince

句子原则
1.有话直说
As we can plainly see
It is quite true that
As everyone knows

2.多用核心词
Who does what
It is important that=must do

3.少用被动
The meeting will be held at seven o'clock=The meeting is seven

4.从句套从句不等于高级，而是冗余
