为更好地维护IG和平安宁的环境，以及维护力丸及其家人，且就不跨平台执法的解决原则，我们决定建立IG反黑站： rikimaru_fanhei。
该站隶属于海外组负责，我们接收包括但不仅限于该APP平台的各类反黑信息，尽全力打击一切中伤、造谣、语言攻击力丸者。
由于IG平台大部分账号更私人化，为了在反黑的同时保护所有人的隐私，我们会在挂恶意评论时会将其ID打码，也请大家仅举报其不良言论。如果是属性明显的anti账号，我们将会不打码挂黑以及举报账号处理。
同时也号召各位引力在各平台谨言慎行，不要发表任何攻击性言论，请勿引战。
【Opening Up Announcement】
We are aiming to maintain a peaceful communication environment of Instagram and protect Riki and his family members. Also, according to the principle of non-cross-platform enforcement, we decided to establish the account: rikimaru_fanhei, which belongs to rikimaru_official_cfanclub.

Our duty is to receive contents including (but not limited to) all kinds of hate speeches and comments that might cause fights between fans on this platform. We will strive to crack down on those who slander, fabricate rumors or verbally attack Rikimaru.

Since most of the IG accounts are personal and private, we will hide users’ IDs when we post the report tasks to respect everyone’s privacy. We also encourage our fans to report the hate comments/posts ONLY. However, if it’s an obvious anti account, we will post it without covering ID and report the account at the same time.

Besides, we would like to remind all the Gravity: PLEASE DON'T post any hateful comments and DON'T argue with any anti account. Just follow the report task we posted in the story!
