该题出题范围在第四段第一句：

清晰透彻理解这句话的意思，有三个关键点：

1 要清楚地意识到after 在这里不是介词，而是连词，换句话说，你要明白，后面接的是一个句子。进一步讲，你就能明确，more than half of soft drinks 是从句的主语。

2 要迅速地界定出，sold in shops是插在主谓之间的定语，具体如下：

more than half of soft drinks 【sold in shops】have had their sugar levels cut.

这样不会混乱，能很快地把握主体结构，超过一半在店里销售的软饮已经.......

3要立马反应出这里出现了一个非常经典的语法结构或者说短语结构，have sth done， 使动词have，后面接补语。

首先是have done 现在完成时态结构，然后里面是使动词接补语结构：had their sugar levels cut ，使它们的含糖水平削减。

句子处理到这里，答案就能很清晰且自信地确定是D.
