#功夫传奇# 【佛汉拳：柔中带刚，刚中见柔】习武，自古以来便盛行于山东省菏泽市东明县。东明县是黄河入鲁的第一县，佛汉拳正是起源于此，现已传承了一百六十多年。佛汉拳的特点以刚猛见长，腰闪、飞虎掌、四面十二手。身似弓、脚似镰、手似箭。李海民练习佛汉拳多年，将近60岁的他仍坚持一周跑步四五次来保持体能。他觉得练拳必须要坚持，佛汉拳的整个拳术恰似做人一样，实实在在，没有华而不实的东西，一招一式有攻有防，柔中带刚、刚中见柔。Fohan Quan originated more than 160 years ago in Dongming County of eastern China's Shandong province. Quan is a school of Chinese martial art. It features strength and boldness and requires people to move their body like a bow, feet like the sickle, and hands like arrows. The philosophy of Fohan Quan is the same as being an honest man, "Nothing flashy.
