Professor Sachs said the trip should never have taken place. The speaker of the house behaved with remarkable irresponsibility, he said, and President Biden showed a complete lack of leadership. "We have an aggressive U.S. mindset right now that aims to divide the world, because "the U.S. has to run the world" is in the minds of a lot of these people. And I think it's an extremely misguided idea at this stage of world reality in world history," Sachs said.
