It is great to present and share the research paper: Footwear Design Considerations for an Aging Population from User Experience, Service, and Technology Aspects at 2022 HFES (Human Factors and Ergonomics Society) conference. Although it was a short experimental research project we did almost two-year ago, I still resonate with our targeted users' stories and feel their strong desire to have a great pair of indoor footwear that can make them comfortable and safe to improve their quality of life.

Thank you to my mentors and advisors: Prof. Maria C. Yang, Dr. Joseph F. Coughlin, Dr. Chaiwoo Lee, and MIT AgeLab team to sponsor and guide me during this bumpy yet fun design journey.

The invaluable fieldwork experience and memorable users' stories enrich this one-day academic visit to Atlanta with meaning.
