에스파 및 멤버 윈터의 팬으로서 회사와 에스파운영진이 윈터의 유일한 공식 홍보 채널로서 업무상의 허술한 점 등 부작위에 대해 매우 유감스럽게 생각하며 회사는 윈터개인이 팀 내에서 평등한 권익을 획득하는 모든 중대한 문제에 대해 정면 대응하여 즉시 해결해 주시기 바랍니다:
1.2022년 9월부터 여러 플랫품에 게시될 멤버들의 일상 사진에 윈터 개인 사진 부족한 부분을 채워주시기 바랍니다. 2.추후 에스파 관련 콘텐츠를 올리실 때 윈터 상관한 콘텐츠만 누락되는 일이 없도록 하기 바랍고,윈터 관계 일에 대해 스태프들이 소극적인 모습을 보이는 일이 다시 생기지 않기를 바랍니다.
데뷔 때부터 에스파팀에 대한 사랑과 멤버들에 대한 애정을 알 수 있는 윈터는 그의 작업과 무대, 팬들에 대한 진정성을 보여왔습니다 그런 윈터를 MY로서 저희도 윈터에게 항상 응원하고 사랑합니다.

To whom it may concern,
As the fans of aespa as well as WINTER, we felt sorry for the fact that aespa official, the only official publicity channel for WINTER, has failed in its duty for multiple times. We are urging your company to properly solve all the issues concerning the rights of WINTER as below:
1. Your official accounts on different social media have omitted WINTER’s personal photos for many times since September 2022. Please take remedial action.
2. Your company should promise no more unfair treatment of WINTER or omission of WINTER’s personal photos.
WINTER has devoted herself to the development of aespa and loved the team members heartily since debut. As return, MYs will always support WINTER, an idol who treats her job, the performances and the fans passionately.
WINTER has been active in showing her gratitude to MYs. Whenever we get her kind words, the anger and sadness brought by the unfair treatment of WINTER grow stronger.
