大量的SP­AC空壳公司被清盘。

两年前，SP­AC空头支票公司像雨后春笋一样成立。高峰的时候曾经有五六百家。现在他们因为找不到合并的对象，也就是说，找不到收购的资产而被迫清盘。今年12月以来就有70个这样的公司被清盘。华尔街日报报道。

Th­at is mo­re th­an the to­t­al nu­m­b­er of SP­AC li­q­u­i­d­a­t­i­o­ns in the ma­r­k­et’s hi­s­t­o­ry, ac­c­o­r­d­i­ng to da­ta pr­o­v­i­d­er SP­AC Re­s­e­a­r­ch.
