透析英语群又有网友发“你不知道的慢病元凶之一——Omega-6脂肪酸”之类,说豆油等种子油都是“慢性毒药”,鼓吹猪油、椰子油等饱和脂肪。我一看又是知乎,臭名昭著的网络鱼龙混杂场,不久前吹伊维菌素治新冠的发源地……然而看了梅奥诊所等主流观点,omega-6 fatty acids挺好的呀!

对于普通吃瓜群众来说,参考主流权威观点就够,这的确是个shortcut,至于小众科研发现Omega-6有害,也可能像那些网友所说的,真理在少数人手里,等到主流观点慢慢接纳认可的时候,你都已经健康受损很多年了。然而我们得比较一下概率,主流观点被小众、先锋、另类观点PK下去的机会有多大?而且另类观点往往还不止一个,而是五花八门,说吃屎比吃饭健康的都有,你有足够的阅读精力、专业能力判断吗?梅奥就说:Studies have failed to show an increased risk of heart disease linked to omega-6 fatty acids.
