这里的vault和insolent用的真好，画面细节十足。上车的动作用vault，表现了熟练程度和自信。insolent一般不会形容skill，但放在这里很恰当，和前面的vault呼应，凸显车技好，态度傲慢（后面Mitty还用cocky形容这位attendant）。insolent也和Mitty的“began cautiously to back out…“形成鲜明对比。
