No último domingo, o Consulado-Geral de Portugal em Xangai e a Universidade de Estudos Internacionais de Xangai (SISU) inauguraram conjuntamente a Semana de Portugal e a exposição sobre a vida e obra da grande autora portuguesa, Agustina Bessa-Luís, na Livraria SISU. O evento não só mostrará a essência da cultura portuguesa, mas também promoverá intercâmbios entre Portugal e a China ao nível cultural, comercial e turístico.
Na cerimónia de abertura, o Vice-Reitor da SISU, Sr. Zha Mingjian, apresentou a história da amizade entre os povos de Portugal e da China, bem como a importância que a SISU atribui à língua portuguesa. A Cônsul-Geral de Portugal em Xangai, Sra. Sílvia Inácio, afirmou que este evento foi mais uma colaboração significativa entre o Consulado-Geral e a SISU, não só comemorando a escritora portuguesa, Agustina Bessa-Luís, mas também incluindo a apresentação de produtos portugueses de alta qualidade e a promoção turística. Também apresentou o estatuto internacional da língua portuguesa, que oferece uma riqueza de oportunidades de emprego para os falantes de português, e mencionou que a língua e a cultura portuguesas estão a ganhar ímpeto na China, estendendo um convite às editoras chinesas para apoiarem conjuntamente a tradução e publicação de literatura portuguesa em chinês, enquanto as universidades portuguesas estão empenhadas em estabelecer ligações com as congéneres chinesas e atrair mais estudantes chineses. Finalmente, convidou o público a explorar a exposição e participar ativamente nas atividades subsequentes para descobrir mais informações sobre a cultura portuguesa.
O evento contou com uma atuação de flauta de música tradicional chinesa e portuguesa. Após a cerimónia de abertura, os participantes foram brindados com pastéis de nata e bebidas portuguesas tradicionais, bem como a oportunidade de experimentar a arte e cultura portuguesa. Uma série de atividades da Semana de Portugal, incluindo a culinária, turismo e literatura portuguesa, será realizada no próximo fim-de-semana, organizada conjuntamente pela AICEP, Turismo de Portugal na China, a SISU e Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press. 上周日，葡萄牙驻上海总领事馆与上海外国语大学上周日联合举办的葡萄牙国别周活动暨著名作家奥古斯蒂娜·贝莎·路易斯生平及作品展开幕式在上外书店圆满落幕。这次活动不仅将展示葡萄牙文化的精髓，也将促进葡中文化、贸易及旅游层面的交流。
开幕式上，上海外国语大学副校长查明建先生介绍了中葡两国的历史渊源和人民友谊，以及上海外国语大学对葡萄牙语的重视。葡萄牙驻上海总领事夏思雅女士表示此次活动又是一次总领馆和上外之间意义重大的合作，不仅纪念了葡萄牙著名作家奥古斯蒂娜·贝莎·路易斯，同时也包括了葡萄牙优质产品展示和旅游宣传。总领事还介绍了葡萄牙语的国际地位，为讲葡萄牙语的人提供了丰富的就业机会，并提及葡萄牙语言和文化在中国传播的发展势头正旺，向中国出版社发出邀请，一同支持葡国文学作品的中文翻译及出版，而葡萄牙高校也非常希望与中国高校建立联系，吸引更多中国学生前往就读。最后邀请观众们走进这次展览并积极参与后续活动，发现更多关于葡萄牙文化的信息。
活动现场，中葡传统乐曲的笛子演奏令人陶醉。在开幕式后，与会者们品尝到葡式传统蛋挞及饮品，欣赏了海报展览，更是有机会体验了葡国文创打卡区。下周末即将展开的葡国系列活动，由AICEP（葡萄牙对外投资与贸易促进局）、葡萄牙国家旅游局、上海外国语大学及上海外语教育出版社联合举办，包括葡萄牙特色饮食、旅游、文学等各种展示活动。
Last Sunday, the Consulate-General of Portugal in Shanghai and the Shanghai International Studies University (SISU) jointly opened the Portugal Week and the exhibition on the life and work of the great Portuguese author, Agustina Bessa-Luís, at the SISU Bookstore. The event will not only show the essence of Portuguese culture, but also promote cultural, commercial and tourism exchanges between Portugal and China.
At the opening ceremony, the Vice-Rector of SISU, Mr. Zha Mingjian, presented the history of friendship between the peoples of Portugal and China, as well as the importance that SISU attaches to the Portuguese language. The Consul General of Portugal in Shanghai, Mrs. Sílvia Inácio, said that this event was another significant collaboration between the Consulate General and SISU, not only commemorating the Portuguese writer, Agustina Bessa-Luís, but also including the presentation of high-quality Portuguese products and tourism promotion. She also presented the international status of the Portuguese language, which offers a wealth of employment opportunities for Portuguese speakers, and mentioned that the Portuguese language and culture are gaining momentum in China, extending an invitation to Chinese publishers to jointly support the translation and publication of Portuguese literature in Chinese, while Portuguese universities are committed to establishing links with Chinese counterparts and attracting more Chinese students to study there. Finally, she invited the public to explore the exhibition and actively participate in the subsequent activities to discover more information about Portuguese culture.
The event featured a flute performance of traditional Chinese and Portuguese music. After the opening ceremony, participants were treated to custard tarts and traditional Portuguese drinks, as well as the opportunity to experience Portuguese art and culture. A series of Portugal Week activities, including Portuguese cuisine, tourism and literature, will be held next weekend, jointly organised by AICEP, Tourism of Portugal in China, SISU and Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press.
