Riccardi, who grew up a Mavs-obsessed kid in Plano, spent 13 years in the Brooklyn Nets’ organization before joining Dallas in 2022. In Brooklyn, he developed from entry-level basketball operations assistant to director of scouting operations and general manager of the team’s G League affiliate.
