中华人民共和国将从11月7日起对在中国签发的文件办理附加说明书（Apostille）。如果在文件上附加了说明书，该文件就不再需要大使馆进行认证。从认证方面来看，该文件可立即在比利时使用。

注意：对于蒙古国的文件，目前的认证程序没有变化。但在我们在乌兰巴托新设名誉领事后，文件可以由名誉领事认证，不再需要送至北京大使馆。

The People’s Republic of China will start issuing the apostille on documents issued in China from 7 November. If an apostille has been affixed to a document, it no longer needs to be legalised by the Embassy. The document will be immediately ready for use in Belgium from the point of view of authentication.

Beware: For Mongolian documents there is no change in the current procedure (legalisation), but with the installation of our new honorary consul in Ulaanbaatar documents can now be legalised by the honorary consul and no longer need to be sent to the Embassy in Beijing.

La République Populaire de Chine commencera à apposer des apostilles pour les documents délivrés en Chine à partir du 7 novembre prochain. Un document apostillé ne doit dès lors plus être légalisé par l’ambassade et sera directement utilisable en Belgique en matière d’authentification.

Attention : aucun changement pour la procédure actuelle (légalisation) pour les documents de Mongolie, mais avec la mise en place de notre nouveau consul honoraire à Oulan-Bator, les documents peuvent être légalisés par ce consul honoraire et ne doivent donc plus être envoyés à l’ambassade à Pékin.

De Volksrepubliek China zal vanaf 7 november apostilles aanbrengen voor documenten die in China zijn uitgegeven. Een document met een apostille hoeft dan niet meer gelegaliseerd te worden door de ambassade en zal in België direct bruikbaar zijn voor authenticatiedoeleinden.

Let op: Voor Mongoolse documenten is er geen verandering in de huidige procedure (legalisatie), maar met de installatie van onze nieuwe honorair consul in Ulaanbaatar kunnen documenten nu worden gelegaliseerd door de honorair consul en hoeven ze niet langer naar de ambassade in Peking te worden gestuurd.
