11月16日，2024上海米其林指南于上海发布。
📍2024上海米其林指南共收录148家餐厅，其中包括：
2家米其林三星餐厅
8家米其林二星餐厅
41家米其林一星餐厅（2包括家新晋餐厅、3家新上榜餐厅）
1家米其林绿星餐厅
26家必比登推介餐厅（包括5家新餐厅）
71家米其林指南入选餐厅（包括16家新上榜餐厅）
3项特别奖项：米其林指南年轻厨师奖、侍酒师奖和服务奖
5⃣️家餐厅新获米其林一星⭐
2024上海星级榜单一举诞生5家一星餐厅，分别是：New Wave by Da Vittorio Bistrot、粤海棠、EHB、凌珑和头灶。
其中New Wave by Da Vittorio Bistrot 和粤海棠从米其林指南入选餐厅晋升，EHB、凌珑和头灶首次上榜即获得一星评级。它们均以卓越的用餐体验，赢得米其林评审员的一致好评，入选闻名世界的米其林星级榜单。
值得一提的是，泰安门亦连续两年获颁米其林绿星评级。餐厅在回馈社会和推动绿色倡议方面从未倦怠。
5⃣️家餐厅首次进入必比登推介榜单👍🏻
2024上海指南一共收录26家必比登推介餐厅，其中有5家新上榜的餐厅。分别是：口味正宗的福建美食远洋私厨餐厅、来自无锡的井梅无锡私房面馆、主营广东湛江菜的渔哥‧湛江 (静安) 、舟山海鲜面馆渔都老味面 (黄浦)和置身小巷内的乔艾莱莱小笼 (黄浦）。
3⃣️项特别大奖表彰杰出餐饮人才🏆
2024上海米其林指南发布会上颁出3项特别奖项，旨在发掘美食的同时，表彰活跃在上海餐饮业中的杰出人才。
今年由闽东壹鱼赞助的年轻厨师奖颁发给新上榜的米其林一星餐厅EHB的Viviane MELLO女士。米其林指南服务奖项颁发给来自米其林指南入选餐厅闽和南欢席的康山琴女士。米其林指南侍酒师奖颁发给米其林二星餐厅8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana的Ervin ONG先生。

On November 16th, the MICHELIN Guide Shanghai 2024 was unveiled in Shanghai.

5 Restaurants Receive One MICHELIN Star for the First Time⭐
The MICHELIN Guide Shanghai 2024 introduced 5 new One Star restaurants. Among them, New Wave by Da Vittorio Bistrot and Yue Hai Tang were promoted from last year’s ‘selected’ status, and EHB, Ling Long, and Tou Zao made their debut and immediately received One Star. They all impressed MICHELIN Inspectors with their outstanding dining experiences, earning a place on the globally recognized MICHELIN Star list.
In addition, Taian Table has been recognized with the MICHELIN Green Star for another year. The restaurant team has not ceased to contribute to society nor to continue the promotion of sustainable initiatives.
5 Restaurants Debut on the Bib Gourmand List👍🏻
The MICHELIN Guide Shanghai 2024 proposes a total of 26 Bib Gourmand restaurants, including 5 new entries. They are uthentic Fujian cuisine with seafood Chic 1699 restaurant, Jing Mei Wu Xi Si Fang Mian Guan, Guangdong-Zhanjiang cuisine Ge Zhanjiang (Jingan), Zhoushan seafood noodle restaurant Du Lao Wei Mian (Huangpu) and Qiao Ai Lai Lai Xiao Long (Huangpu).
3 MICHELIN Special Awards Recognize Outstanding Industry Talents🏆
At the MICHELIN Guide Shanghai 2024 Ceremony, 3 Special Awards were presented to recognize outstanding talents in the local industry.
This year, the Young Chef Award, sponsored by Mingdongyiyu, was awarded to the Brazilian chef, Ms. Viviane MELLO at the new One MICHELIN Star restaurant EHB. This year's Service Award was given to Ms. Shanqin KANG from the MICHELIN Selected restaurant Min He Nan Huan Xi. Finally, This year, the Sommelier Award sponsored by Mingdongyiyu was awarded to Mr. Ervin ONG from the Two MICHELIN Star restaurant 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana.
