2023年11月28日，由罗湖区发展和改革局、深圳市规划和自然资源局罗湖管理局、罗湖区文化广电旅游体育局联合主办，罗湖区政府投资项目前期工作管理中心承办的罗湖美术馆升级改造工程全过程设计资格预审会在深圳市罗湖美术馆成功举行。
The prequalification meeting of the Whole-process Design for the Upgrading and Renovation of Luohu Art Museum project was held on November 28, 2023 in Luohu Art Museum, Shenzhen.
