🛬 刚刚下飞机，就直接去武汉商学院，给马术专业的学生们讲了一节中国马术协会国家马术学院公开课。

今天的演讲题目是“金牌背后🏅”

如同我向同学们讲的，根据奥运和亚运的规定，金牌的材质比例是92.5％的纯银，其余是镀在表面的纯金。它的设计代表着杭州的渊源文化，代表着胜利，代表着运动员们的热血、汗水和泪水。然而，作为一位骑士，金牌也是对骑士的训练和马匹管理体系和理念的肯定。对我和我的队友们来说，来自杭州的肯定和认可意义深刻！

每一位骑士都会根据自己的经验来建立他们的体系，而他们与马匹打交道的种种经历、围绕自己建立的团队，也反过来影响着骑士本身。

今天我向同学们介绍了我的训练和马匹管理团队的重要成员（当然这些重要成员没办法亲自到场😉）

🛬 Just landed and headed straight to give a lecture to equestrian students at Wuhan Business University.

A huge thank you to the Chinese Equestrian Association and to the university for inviting me!

Today’s topic: “What Goes into A Gold Medal 🥇 “

As I explained to the students, according to Olympic and Asian Games regulation the medal is 92.5% pure silver with gold on the surface. It represents Hangzhou’s ancient culture, triumph and the blood, sweat and tears of the athletes. However, as a rider, it also represents the success of your training and horse management system. For me and my teammates, that recognition from Hangzhou means a lot!

Each rider develops his or her system around their own experience, influenced by their background with horses and the team they build around them.

Today I introduced the students (not in person 😉) to the important members of my training and horse management team:

I discussed the importance of their role, how long I’ve worked with each of them, how long it took for them to qualify, how we work together as a team and what it takes to do their job.
