死生如昼夜。一般人只考虑生，从不关心死。一旦死亡降临，就会不知所措。对生的执著不舍，以及不知死后去向的恐惧，使人对死亡充满抗拒，最后无奈离去。如果有信仰，在临终时有心理引导，不做无谓的抢救和抗拒，才能安然离去，否则往往死得很惨。
Life and death resemble day and night. Ordinary people are only concerned about life while turning a blind eye to death, and are likely to be at a loss once death befalls. Attachment to life and the fear of unknown whereabouts after death cause one to strongly resist death, yet he has no way out but to leave the world in the end. Only if he has religious belief, receives mental guidance at the death bed, and foregoes meaningless emergency treatment or resistance, can he pass away peacefully. The case otherwise is usually rather miserable.
