FIRE XIAO WANG AND BAN YMM!
I'm tired of all this . You know what? I spent my money and time coming to China, just to see my favorite team with the hope that we could finally win something. When WBG lost to SZ, I was said, but I didn't blame our team. You can see in my previous post, I was just happy until XW decided to talk about my favorite players. Not to mention YMM. Fk you 2.
How can this team still keep Xiao Wang when he clearly lacks the needed skill to be an "acceptable coach" and has a bad attitude toward our team's players and fans.
1. His choice of ban pick seems like have been stuck in 2020. It's 2024 now, with Bane all over the tournament. How can he choose that lineup to counter Bane (no flywheel, no Entomologist, no Novelist)? I heard that he said that the lineup was to counter Geisha or Madam Red. Like really, who tf would bring them to a match that 99% of people would choose Bane??? Even so, where flywheel, how can you counter Madam Red without flywheel? Xiaotie has been practicing Novelist since his rework, why didn't XW let him use it? I want to see Huanhe's Entomologist too. How long has it been since the last time he used her? WTF is that terrible ban pick choice? Why keep using the old date lineup against a meta hunter?
2. We usually pick Moonlit River Park and Leo's Memory to play. Why would he choose The Red Church (meanwhile talking in his stream that our team didn't practice that map much)
3. WTF did he say about Alex? How can a coach say like "The opponent had studied Alex carefully, so now Alex can only have a draw match". He is a coach, he needs to analyze the opponent and give Alex advice, not blame him and degrade him like that. Alex is a strong hunter, he already won the championship, not some nugu hunter. Back then, when the boss wanted to buy another coach to help Alex, XW refused and said we didn't need another coach. But what did XW do? Everything is Alex's work, from ban pick to training our own survivors. Alex had wanted another coach to help him reduce his workload. XW refused and then did nothing to help Alex.
4. XW asked us fans to help him collect data about our opponent. Personally,  I don't find any problem with this request, I think it's a good way to reduce the workload to focus on training. But did he read all the data collected by us fans sent to him? I had seen all kinds of data, from text to graphics,... and I can make sure that XW did not even care about them from the start. Not to say about his contemptuous toward SZ (talking like "I didn't think SZ would win against Zeta. bro, did you truly analyze Zeta?).
5. XW blames the loss on our players like everything they do is wrong but not his ban pick. And then we have YMM, who like to add insult to injury. These two, shoulder to shoulder, talk to make people think our team is a bunch of lazy players and they are the victim. Are our players really lazy or their coach doesn't train them? All of them had to find their way to training personally, from Alex to Xawm, ChoAi, Dibao,... WTF did XW do if you only streaming??? If you like to make money like that (yes, I'm talking about his chat in the QQ group about this drama), leave the coach position and become a full-time streamer.
