由于两名美国宇航员仍然看不到依靠美国返回地球的希望。上周NASA局长纳尔逊想到一个办法，他求助于《外层空间条约》》（Treaty on Principles Governing the Activities of States in the Exploration and Use of Outer Space, including the Moon and Other Celestial Bodies）
该条约有一款规定：
缔约国必须营救任何发生意外或者遇难的宇航员[挖鼻]1982年印度签署了该条约，1983年中国签署。
美国不可能向中国投降，这显然是在向印度喊话。印度摩托车可以出发去太空了！
