在过去十年中，我参与过无数次演讲：从参加省级、全国英语演讲比赛，到接受地方级电视台采访、参与国际论坛和城市对外的双语主持工作，再到北美和香港的新闻机构担任出镜记者，再到英语教育讲座、对外文旅宣讲……自学生时代起，我的演讲足迹已遍及东亚、东南亚、北美和欧洲。

虽然已经对舞台很熟悉，但是我每次登台，还是会进入比以往更高能量的心流状态，感染力会从我每一颗细胞中溢出来。每一次表达，既是与深层自我的对话，也是帮助不同文化背景的听众理解我代表的文化背景的机会 —— 跨文化的链接就在每一个字符、肢体语言中神奇地产生。

很高兴作为2024年杭州境外文旅推介官，继夏季欧洲匈牙利和瑞士宣讲之旅后，又在金秋十月的杭州，为数百位来自欧洲和东南亚的旅游业界朋友展示杭州之美。能成为大家了解杭州的窗口，我深感荣幸。

Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of speaking in countless settings: from competing in regional and national English-speaking competitions in China, appearing in interviews on local TV, hosting bilingual events for international forums and city promotions, to working as a reporter for media outlets across North America and Hong Kong, and giving talks on English education and cultural tourism in China. Since my student days, my speaking journey has taken me across East Asia, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe.

Although I’m very familiar with the stage, each time I step up, I find myself entering a flow of energy even higher than before, with passion radiating from every cell. Every expression becomes both a dialogue with my deeper self and an opportunity to help audiences from different cultural backgrounds understand the culture I represent—there’s a certain magic in how these cross-cultural connections emerge through each word and gesture.

I’m thrilled to once again collaborate with the City of Hangzhou as an international cultural and tourism ambassador. Following a summer tour across Hungary and Switzerland, I now have the honor this golden October, here in Hangzhou, of introducing the city’s beauty to hundreds of tourism industry friends from Europe and Southeast Asia. It’s a privilege to serve as a window for others to experience Hangzhou.
