若该品牌有任何销售或发布行为，我们在此明确表示，已与该品牌无任何关联，并且对其行为所造成的任何损失概不负责。

เนื่องด้วยทางผลิตภัณฑ์แบรนด์ Hanuman Ethan ที่จะมีการร่วมงานกับทางภูมิ ภูริพันธ์ในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2025 ตอนนี้ทางแบรนด์ได้มีการทำผิดสัญญาในข้อตกลง ทางเราจึงขอออกมาประกาศเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิของน้องภูมิ ทางเราขอยุตติการร่วมมือกับทางแบรนด์ หากมีการขายหรือประกาศใดใดเกิดขึ้นทางเราขอแจ้งว่าไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง กับทางแบรนด์นี้อีกต่อไป และไม่ขอรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากทางแบรนด์ได้กระทำ ขออภัยในความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับแฟนคลับหลายหลายคนและขอโทษมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย

Announcement:
Due to the breach of contract by the Hanuman Ethan brand, we hereby announce the cancellation of the planned collaboration between our artist Mr. Poom Phuripan and the brand which was originally scheduled for February 2025. To protect the rights of our artist, we solemnly declare the termination of the cooperation with the brand.
If the brand engages in any sales or promotional activities, we explicitly state that we have no further association with the brand and shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from its actions.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience or distress which may cause to the fans and extend our sincerest apologies for the situation.
