制作步骤 | Instructions
1️⃣准备材料
Prepare ingredients.
用巴沙鱼或鳕鱼,撒盐胡椒腌20分钟。
Use basa or cod fish, season with salt and pepper for 20 mins.
切片柠檬,拍碎大蒜,黄油切块。
Slice lemon, crush garlic, and cut butter into chunks.
2️⃣制作黄油酱汁
Make the butter sauce.
将黄油、大蒜、柠檬汁、盐混合融化。
Combine butter, garlic, lemon juice, and salt, then melt it.
3️⃣煎鱼步骤
Pan-fry the fish.
中火热锅,加橄榄油后放入鱼肉。
Heat pan on medium, add olive oil, then place fish.
倒入黄油酱汁,用勺子淋30秒。
Pour in the butter sauce, spoon over fish for 30 seconds.
盖锅焖煮8-10分钟,装盘撒香菜装饰。
Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, garnish with cilantro.
