今天是本师释迦牟尼佛的涅槃日。
“涅槃”，简单来说即是断尽一切烦恼，超越无边生死苦海。“涅槃”是修行者最美丽的归宿，具有常、乐、我、净四德。常即常恒永在，没有生灭；乐是永享寂灭安乐，毫无烦恼；我即证得真我大自在，远离束缚；净是解脱一切垢染，无比清净。
本师涅槃日，让我们共同缅怀本师的恩德，并至诚发愿：以佛陀为灯塔，以佛法为舟航，自利利他精进不懈，广度有情同登彼岸！
愿文殊菩萨的智光普照，妙智慧、妙吉祥伴随着我们开心每一天！天天开心，天天见！

Today is Parinirvana Day, a time to honor and reflect on the passing of our teacher, Shakyamuni Buddha.
"Nirvana" signifies the complete cessation of suffering, a state beyond the endless cycle of birth and death. It is the most beautiful and ultimate destination for Buddhist practitioners, characterized by the four virtues of eternity, bliss, true self, and purity. Eternity means transcending birth and death, abiding in an ever-present state. Bliss is the profound peace and joy of liberation, free from all afflictions. True self is the realization of boundless freedom, far from all bondage. Purity is the complete liberation from defilements, free of contamination.
On this sacred day, let us reflect on the Buddha’s profound compassion and wisdom. With the Buddha as our guiding light and the Dharma as our vessel, may we consistently endeavor to benefit both ourselves and others. Let us dedicate ourselves to guiding all sentient beings toward the peaceful shore of Nirvana.
