為推動公民教育及社區凝聚力，警察義工隊「輔正行動」於2025年4月13日應邀出席於荃灣福來邨舉辦的「荃民參與•公民教育嘉年華」。本隊特別帶領棉紡會中學升旗隊擔任主禮嘉賓，完成該校升旗隊自成立以來首場公開升旗典禮。

下午兩時半，身著整齊校服的升旗隊員以整齊劃一的步伐列隊進場。在《歌唱祖國》的樂聲中，隊員們展現長期訓練成果，踢正步角度精準，拋旗動作流暢有力，鮮紅國旗隨風冉冉升至桿頂，全場市民不論男女老少，皆肅立行注目禮。多位長者向國旗敬禮，更有觀者在典禮後向隊員豎起大拇指。

本次活動老少皆宜，成功凝聚跨世代參與，現場設攤位遊戲吸引不少家庭互動學習。特別感謝荃灣區福來關愛隊全力籌辦，棉紡會中學師生辛勤排練，以及輔正行動義工隊全程支援。透過莊嚴儀式與寓教於樂的結合，有效深化香港市民對國情的認知，展現警民協作推動公民教育的積極成效。

To promote civic education and community cohesion, the Police Volunteer Team "A&R Voluntary Association" attended the "Tsuen Wan Civic Education Carnival" held at Fuk Loi Estate in Tsuen Wan on April 13, 2025. The team specially led the flag-raising squad from Cotton Spinners Association Secondary School to serve as the guest of honor, marking the squad’s first public flag-raising ceremony since its establishment.

At 2:30 PM, the flag-raising squad members, dressed in neat school uniforms, marched into the venue with synchronized precision. Accompanied by the melody of Ode to the Motherland, the squad demonstrated their rigorous training through flawless drill movements—sharp angles in their marching steps and smooth, powerful flag-tossing motions. As the bright red national flag ascended the pole in the breeze, all attendees, regardless of age, stood solemnly in silent respect. Several elderly citizens saluted the flag, while some audiences later praised the squad with heartfelt thumbs up.

The event successfully fostered intergenerational engagement, with interactive booth games attracting numerous families. Special thanks are extended to the Tsuen Wan District Fuk Loi Care Team for organizing the carnival, Cotton Spinners Association Secondary School teachers and students for their dedicated rehearsals, and the A&R Voluntary Association for their on-site support.
