It's been a difficult start to the 2025 season for Changchun Yatai (长春亚泰). Two things I've taken away from the start:

1. The team looks quite weak in central midfield. Losing Cyprien was a big loss. The summer window priority should be looking for a strong midfielder to bring in to help strengthen.

2. Xie Hui doesn't appear to know his best team/the formation he should be using. Last season the team looked much better as 4-3-3, but he continues to use 4-4-2 this season. He needs to try something different to get better results. Tan Long is amazing but he can't do it all the time on his own. Make some changes and get more players involved.
