马会一直致力于推动马术产业的发展，并于2022年制定了内地马术发展策略，教育和人才培养是其中四大支柱之一。

I’ve always believed that the development of equestrianism is inseparable from the involvement of various types of talents, especially the participation and enthusiasm of young individuals.

The Club is dedicated to supporting the development of the equestrian industry. In 2022, we launched the Mainland Equestrian Strategy, with education and talent development being one of its four main pillars.

🌟 Recently, we co-hosted the Equine Industry Career Sharing Event with Wuhan Business University and the Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.
