一名 66 岁男性，患有无法手术的 4 期胰腺癌，曾接受过以下治疗：
mFOLFIRINOX 2023 年 10 月至 2024 年 5 月
吉西他滨/Abraxane（2024 年 5 月起）
由于 CA19-9 升高，2024 年 6 月增加了顺铂
由于 CA19-9 升高，2025 年 2 月将顺铂换为奥沙利铂
他的肿瘤科医生称这是两种化疗方案，但我数了一下有四种......全部失败了......但我离题了......
患者于 2025 年 1 月因胰腺肿块增大来找我：
“吉西他滨、顺铂和阿布拉克生的治疗可以降低肿瘤数量并稳定肿瘤，但现在疗效已经消失，胰腺肿瘤不断生长，CA19-9 数量也不断增加。”
化疗似乎经常失败，不是吗？ 🤔
我们从2025年2月初开始：
伊维菌素 1.5mg/kg/天
甲苯咪唑 1500mg/天
结果：
“数字立即下降”
两个月后扫描结果好多了——肿瘤科医生转述说，在他这个阶段，肿瘤大小很少“缩小”。
这些无能的肿瘤学家没有看到很多事情。
仅使用伊维菌素和甲苯咪唑 2 个月后：
CA19-9 从 146 降至 9.5
胰腺肿块从 2.8x1.9cm 缩小至 2.8x1.5cm（体积缩小 21%）
理想情况下，该患者应该接受 PET/CT 扫描，这样我们就能发现肿瘤代谢明显下降。

STORY:
66 year old man with inoperable Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer had been on:
mFOLFIRINOX from Oct.2023 to May 2024
Gemcitabine/Abraxane from May 2024
Added Cisplatin June 2024 due to increasing CA19-9
Switched Cisplatin to Oxaliplatin Feb.2025 due to increasing CA19-9
His Oncologists call this two lines of chemotherapy but I count four...all failed...but I digress...
Patient came to me in January 2025 with a growing pancreatic mass:
"Gemcitabine and cisplatin and abraxane which brought numbers down and stable tumor but now that has worn off - tumor in pancreas growing and number getting larger CA19-9."
Chemo seems to fail so often, doesn't it?🤔
We started early February 2025:
Ivermectin 1.5mg/kg/day
Mebendazole 1500mg/day
RESULTS:
"Numbers came immediately down"
"Scan much better after 2 months - oncologist relayed they don't often see "decrease" in tumor size at his stage"
There's a lot these inept Oncologists don't see.
After only 2 months of Ivermectin and Mebendazole:
CA19-9 dropped from 146 to 9.5
Pancreatic mass shrunk from 2.8x1.9cm to 2.8x1.5cm (21% volume shrinkage)
Ideally this patient would have had a PET/CT scan that could have shown us a significant drop in metabolism of the tumor.
Whenever you see Ivermectin and Mebendazole attacked, it’s important to understand that these patients are PROGRESSING on chemo after chemo after chemo. And these failing chemos are the BEST that modern medicine has to offer.
To get control of a Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer like this after so many attempts at chemotherapy, is nothing short of a miracle.
