注射点位看p2 ，患者分别在下眼睑部位接受了 A 型肉毒毒素（BTX-A，恒力牌肉毒毒素，由兰州生物制品研究所有限责任公司生产，100单位/瓶，用3毫升生理盐水稀释）的注射。注射使用 1 毫升注射器配 30G 针头完成。

注射部位位于下眼睑，注射点距离泪沟边缘约 1–2 毫米。每个注射点注射剂量为 0.01 毫升（相当于 0.66 单位）。根据下眼睑长度，选择 3–4 个注射点进行皮内注射，各点间距约 7–8 毫米（见图 1）。

注射后立即可见皮丘形成，通常在 1–2 小时内消退。术后护理包括冷敷处理。治疗 12 小时后患者可用清水洗脸，24 小时后可恢复日常护肤
