【土耳其驻华大使塞尔丘克·于纳尔在共和国日招待会上的讲话】
很荣幸能邀请您来参加土耳其共和国成立102周年的庆祝活动，感谢您的到来。
我们与中国这个拥有悠久历史的文明古国的关系可以追溯到很多世纪以前，从那时起我们两国的使者、人民和商人就在古老的丝绸之路上开始往来。
如今，中华人民共和国是我们在亚洲最大的贸易伙伴、世界第三大贸易伙伴，年贸易额达480亿美元。我们愿在相互尊重、互利互惠和公平贸易的基础上，加强两国在贸易、能源、旅游、文化等领域的合作。
因此，双方很高兴地看到，最近我们两国之间每周客运航班从21个增加到49个。有了这种有利的条件，我们希望增加来土耳其旅游的中国客人的数量，这个数字去年已经超过40万。我们还希望通过北京的土耳其文化中心-尤努斯·埃姆雷学院进一步促进民间交流。同样的，我们的大使馆和土耳其驻上海、香港、广州和成都的总领事馆也随时准备与中方合作。

应中国国家主席习近平阁下的邀请，土耳其总统雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安阁下于8月31日至9月1日访问中国，出席上海合作组织峰会。两国领导人在天津的会晤为两国关系的未来指明了方向，坚定了进一步发展两国关系的政治意愿。
此外，我们的外交部长哈坎·菲丹阁下和能源和自然资源部长阿尔帕斯兰·巴伊拉克塔尔阁下出席了9月3日的二战纪念仪式。作为一个在二战期间积极中立的国家，土耳其在那些艰难的时刻从未关闭过使馆，直到最后一天也从未抛弃过中国人民。
尊敬的客人们，
土耳其和中国一样，是国际社会负责任的一员，土耳其外交始终积极致力于维护地区和世界的和平与稳定，包括巴勒斯坦、叙利亚、乌克兰、巴尔干半岛、高加索、亚洲、非洲等地区。我们将继续这样做。

It is an honor to welcome you to the celebration of the 102nd [hundred and second] anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye. Thank you for joining us.
Our relations with China, another ancient civilization with a profound history, go back to centuries, through the interaction of our envoys, people and merchants along the historic Silk Road.
Today, the People's Republic of China is our largest trading partner in Asia and third largest in the world with an annual trade volume of 48 billion Dollars. We wish to strengthen our bilateral cooperation in areas such as trade, energy, tourism and culture, on the basis of mutual respect and interests as well as fair trade.
In this context, both sides are happy for the recent increase in weekly passenger flights from 21 to 49 between our countries. With this positive impact, we hope to increase our Chinese guests visiting Türkiye, which surpassed 400,000 last year. We also wish to further promote people-to-people exchanges thanks to the Turkish Cultural (Yunus Emre) Institute in Beijing. Likewise, our Embassy and Consulates General in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Chengdu are always ready to cooperate.

At the invitation of Chinese President H.E. Xi Jinping, H.E. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan visited China from 31 August to 1 September to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit. The meeting between the two leaders in Tianjin shed light on the future of Türkiye-China relations and reinforced the political will to further develop them.
Likewise, our Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. Hakan Fidan and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources H.E. Alparslan Bayraktar attended the World War II Commemoration Ceremony on 3 September. As a country that was actively neutral during World War II, Türkiye has never closed its Embassy during those difficult times and never abandoned the Chinese people until the last day.
Dear Guests,
As a responsible member of the international community like China, Turkish diplomacy has always been actively pursuing peace and stability in its region and beyond, in areas such as Palestine, Syria, Ukraine, Balkans, Caucasia, Asia and Africa. We will continue to do so.
Last but not least, I would like to thank our chef Köksal Usta and his team, who prepared the examples of the Turkish cuisine and all of our Embassy staff who worked tirelessly during our preparations. Kısa zaman önce bir yüzyılı geride bırakarak “Türkiye Yüzyılı”na adım atan Türkiye Cumhuriyeti, “az zamanda çok ve büyük işler başarmış”, uluslararası camiada saygın bir yer edinmiştir.
Genç nüfusu, dinamik ekonomisi, küresel çaptaki diplomatik etkinliği ve uluslararası barışa katkılarıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti, 1923’ten bu yana koruduğu azim, inanç ve kararlılıkla emin adımlarla yoluna devam edecektir.
İstiklal Harbi’nin Başkomutanı, Cumhuriyetimizin banisi, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk ve silah arkadaşları başta olmak üzere, vatanımızın kuruluşunda savaşmış tüm ecdadımızı bu vesileyle saygı, minnet ve rahmetle anıyoruz. Ülkemizin gelecek nesilleri onların sayesinde nice yüzyıllar böyle kutlamalar yapacaktır.
