Este fin de semana pasado este Consulado General organizó la tradicional conmemoración del Día de Muertos.
Ante más de 300 personas de la comunidad mexicana, representantes consulares y gubernamentales, aliados locales y amigos de México, se presentó un evento que incluyó el tradicional altar de muertos, gastronomía típica y la presentación estelar del Mariachi Dragón.
El altar de muertos fue cuidadosamente organizado y montado por el personal de nuestro Consulado General, a fin de contener los elementos clave del altar: papel picado, flor de cempasúchil, calaveras, veladoras, comida, bebida (agua y tequila), sal, aserrín. También se incluyeron 5 fotografías de famosos que recientemente murieron: Paquita La del Barrio y Silvia Pinal de México; Maggie Smith (actriz británica); Robert Redfort (actor estadounidense); Yang Zhenning (ciudadano chino, ganó el Premio Nóbel de Física en 1957).
Agradecemos a los restaurantes Tacos by Cheque (Shenzhen) e IKAL Tequila (Guangzhou, Canton Place) por la comida y bebida típica que aportaron a esta celebración; en especial a sus dueños respectivos Ezequiel "Cheque" Santacruz y Ming Tan, por su presencia y su apoyo.
Igualmente agradecemos el patrocinio de la cerveza Corona.
Como cada año, nos acompañó también el "Mariachi Dragón", a cuyos integrantes y especialmente a su líder y cantante Emilio Conde agradecemos su dedicación y empeño para contar con la mejor música mexicana en nuestro evento.

上周末，本总领事馆举办了传统的亡灵节纪念活动。
在超过300名来宾的见证下——其中包括墨西哥社区成员、领事和政府代表、本地合作伙伴以及墨西哥的朋友们——活动呈现了一场丰富多彩的庆典，包括传统的亡灵祭坛、墨西哥特色美食，以及玛丽亚奇龙乐队（Mariachi Dragón）的精彩表演。
亡灵祭坛由本总领事馆工作人员精心布置，包含了祭坛的关键元素：剪纸、万寿菊、骷髅头、蜡烛、食物、饮品（清水与龙舌兰酒）、盐和木屑。此外，还陈列了五位近期逝世的知名人物的照片：来自墨西哥的帕基塔·拉德尔巴里奥（Paquita la del Barrio）与西尔维娅·皮纳尔（Silvia Pinal）；英国演员玛吉·史密斯（Maggie Smith）；美国演员罗伯特·雷德福（Robert Redford）；以及中国的杨振宁教授（1957年诺贝尔物理学奖得主)。
在此感谢餐厅Tacos by Cheque（深圳）与 IKAL Tequila（广州）为此次活动提供的地道美食与饮品，特别感谢两位餐厅的老板Ezequiel “Cheque” Santacruz 和 谭明亮先生亲临现场并给予大力支持。
同时，特别感谢科罗娜啤酒（Corona）对本次活动提供酒水赞助。
和往年一样，Mariachi Dragón乐队再次为活动带来了动人的墨西哥音乐，我们特别感谢其主唱兼领队 Emilio Conde先生以及全体成员的热情与奉献。

Last weekend, this Consulate General organized the traditional Day of the Dead commemoration.
Before more than 300 members of the Mexican community, consular and governmental representatives, local allies and friends of Mexico, the event included the traditional altar of the dead, typical cuisine, and a performance by Mariachi Dragón.
The altar of the dead was carefully organized and set up by the staff of our Consulate General to include the key elements: paper cut decorations, marigolds (cempasúchil flowers), sugar skulls, candles, food, drink (water and tequila), salt, and sawdust. Five photographs of recently deceased celebrities were also included: Paquita La del Barrio and Silvia Pinal from Mexico; Maggie Smith (British actress); Robert Redford (American actor); and Yang Zhenning (Chinese citizen, winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1957).
We extend our sincere thanks to the restaurants Tacos by Cheque (Shenzhen) and IKAL Tequila (Guangzhou, Canton Place) for the traditional food and drinks they provided for this celebration; especially to their respective owners, Ezequiel "Cheque" Santacruz and Ming Tan, for their presence and support.
