💥FIRST LOOK💥 MERCENARY enters the Extraction universe

Netflix has released the first behind-the-scenes look at Mercenary: An Extraction Series, starring Omar Sy and executive produced by AGBO.

The eight-episode global thriller comes from showrunner Glen Mazzara (The Shield, The Walking Dead) and is currently filming in Ireland and Morocco. We are also thrilled to be working with two deeply talented directors, Louise Hooper and Tim Southam, who each helm four episodes.

Mercenary follows a soldier-for-hire (Sy) on a high-stakes mission to rescue hostages in Libya, navigating warring factions, ruthless killers, and emotional wounds that refuse to stay buried.

Executive producers include Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot, Scott Nemes, and Chris Castaldi on behalf of AGBO, alongside Sam Hargrave, Eric Gitter, and Peter Schwerin.

This first look arrives on the heels of the Extraction universe’s continued expansion, including the newly announced South Korean thriller TYGO, starring Don Lee, Lee Jin-uk, and Lalisa ‘LISA’ Manobal.

《佣兵》的故事围绕奥玛・希饰演的雇佣兵展开：他接下一项营救利比亚人质的高风险任务，既要在交战各方的夹缝中周旋、对抗冷血杀手，又要直面那些从未真正愈合的情感创伤。
剧集执行制片人阵容强大，除 AGBO 影业的安东尼・罗素、乔・罗素、安吉拉・罗素 - 奥斯特托特、斯科特・内梅斯、克里斯・卡斯塔尔迪外，还包括山姆・哈格雷夫、埃里克・吉特、彼得・施韦林。
此次幕后花絮的释出，恰逢《惊天营救》宇宙持续拓展之际。此前网飞刚官宣另一部衍生作品 —— 韩国反恐惊悚片《泰戈》，该片将由马东锡、李阵郁与Lisa联袂主演。#AGBO#
