(1)优先安排双人 Reaction、双人综艺节目及双人访谈;
(2)不应以牺牲 LingOrm 时间与精力为代价,为其他艺人或组合录制非必要节目;
(1)配备专业摄影、出图及视觉团队,并使用专业设备;
(2)在重要公开活动或高曝光场合(如巴黎时装周等国际活动),应安排专业团队随行;
(1)给予 LingOrm 足够时间沉下心打磨剧本与完成拍摄;
(1)取景尽量尊重原著设定,优先实景或高度还原拍摄;
(2)在关键场景、服装、妆造、取景等方面进行合理资金投入;
(3)对配乐(BGM)与整体氛围营造进行重点考量;
(1)提供合理的拍摄与制作资金;
(2)配置专业团队及必要安保力量;
(1)提前审核主办方资质与执行能力;
(2)评估现场安全风险并制定应对方案;
(1)为何 LingOrm 的幕后及花絮内容需通过会员机制观看,而其他艺人的同类内容可在官方 App 或 YouTube 免费发布;
(2)为何 LingOrm 的官方物料、幕后内容数量明显不足;
(3)此前见面会中已拍摄完成的花絮内容,长期未发布的原因是什么;
(1)对恶意攻击、造谣、中伤艺人的行为,是否可通过官方声明或法律途径应对;
(2)对多次警告仍不改正、严重影响艺人生活与安全的私生行为,是否可在法律允许范围内采取更严肃措施;
(1)作为 LingOrm 官方 Office,其职能应明确为只服务于 LingOrm 本身,不应因私心或其他考虑,夹带式宣传或推广无关艺人;
(2)对于粉丝通过长期、自发、持续努力所取得的数据成绩(如趋势、话题、榜单等),官方应给予明确肯定与支持,在必要情况下可主动参与或带头推动趋势,形成良性互动;
(3)对于 LingOrm 及紫色粉丝团所取得的阶段性成果与里程碑成绩,官方应发布经核实、准确、可追溯的正式数据说明,而非长期仅由粉丝自行宣传;
(4)明确拒绝一切“蹭流量”行为。属于 LingOrm 的成绩,应完整、独立呈现,我们不接受将其真实业绩与不相关艺人进行捆绑、共享或模糊处理;
I. Regarding the Main Role in Fan Concerts
The fan concert next year should be exclusively organized with LingOrm as the main act, not in combination with other artists. LingOrm has sufficient independent market appeal and a stable fan base. A mixed lineup would dilute the group’s positioning and fail to meet the core expectations of fans.
II. Regarding Dual-Content Work Arrangements During “Three Together” Projects
During the “Three Together” period, content and promotion should focus on LingOrm as a duo to avoid dispersing resources or weakening their role:
(1) Priority should be given to dual reactions, duo variety shows, and joint interviews;
(2) LingOrm’s time and energy should not be sacrificed to record unnecessary content for other artists or groups;
(3) LingOrm’s collaboration value should serve their own works and brand development, not to boost others’ exposure.
III. Regarding Professional Team Allocation and Visual Output Quality
Please provide LingOrm with a stable, professional, and dedicated team, especially for visual and promotional work:
(1) Equip them with professional photography, visual teams, and appropriate equipment;
(2) For major public appearances or high-exposure events (e.g., Paris Fashion Week), a professional team should accompany them;
(3) Ensure consistent, high-quality visual output to maintain the artists’ professional image and international exposure.
IV. Regarding Creative Time and Work Pace During “Three Together”
Work schedules should be reasonable, providing the artists with sufficient space to focus on creative work:
(1) LingOrm should have enough time to refine scripts and focus on filming;
(2) Apart from necessary business activities, avoid frequent additional recordings that may affect the quality of their work.
V. Regarding Production Investment and Overall Quality of “Three Together” Projects
We expect production investments to meet market expectations:
(1) Locations should respect the original settings, preferably using original or highly faithful real-life locations;
(2) Reasonable funding should be allocated for key scenes, costumes, makeup, and set design;
(3) BGM and overall atmosphere should be carefully considered;
(4) A portion of the commercial revenue generated by LingOrm should be reinvested in their works and professional development.
VI. Regarding Fair Treatment and Personal Safety
We do not request special treatment, but basic and fair professional protections are expected:
(1) Provide reasonable funding for filming and production;
(2) Assign professional teams and necessary security personnel;
(3) Ensure the artists’ personal safety and work security during filming, events, and daily activities.
VII. Regarding Safety Management of Fan Meetings and Offline Events
For fan meetings and other offline events, the artists’ personal safety must be the top priority:
(1) Review the qualifications and capability of the event organizers in advance;
(2) Assess on-site safety risks and prepare appropriate contingency plans;
(3) Prevent potential hazards caused by management negligence.
VIII. Regarding LingOrm-Related Content Release and Platform Discrepancies
We raise the following questions regarding the release of official LingOrm materials:
(1) Why are LingOrm’s behind-the-scenes content and footage only available via paid membership, while similar content for other artists is freely available on the official app or YouTube?
(2) Why is the amount of official LingOrm content and behind-the-scenes material significantly less?
(3) Why have the behind-the-scenes clips from previous fan meetings, which were filmed by the artists, not yet been released?
(4) We request a clear explanation of content release standards and adjustments where necessary to ensure fairness.
IX. Regarding Protection of Reputation and Handling of Stalker Behavior
We request a clear stance on protecting the artists’ rights:
(1) For malicious attacks, slander, or defamation, can official statements or legal actions be taken to respond?
(2) For repeated, uncorrected, and seriously disruptive stalker behavior, can stricter measures be taken within legal boundaries?
(3) Ensure the protection of the artists’ reputation, privacy, and other legal rights.
XI. On Casting Decisions and the Integrity of LingOrm’s Projects
Regarding dramas and other screen projects led by LingOrm, we would like to state our position clearly and firmly:
(1) We strongly oppose forcing unrelated or unnecessary performers into projects where LingOrm are the leads or the core focus, especially when such casting has no relevance to the storyline, the original work, or the overall direction of the project.
(2) We firmly reject using LingOrm’s popularity and proven market performance as a tool to aggressively promote newcomers or to pave the way for other artists.
(3) Casting decisions in LingOrm-related projects should be based solely on the needs of the story, the suitability of the roles, and the overall quality of the production—not on internal favoritism, resource trading, or agenda-driven arrangements.
(4) We ask that the basic viewing experience of audiences and fans be respected, and that the long-term reputation of both the project and the artists not be compromised by unreasonable or poorly justified casting choices.
