2025的冒险即将画上句号。这一年，我和团队深入雨林、沙漠、雪山，完成了我们有史以来最大胆的项目之一，再次见证“荒野如何塑造生命的韧性与骄傲”。感谢所有镜头内外的伙伴，你们是这片荒野中无声的英雄。
而家，始终是冒险的起点与归处。在威尔士岛上，我们度过了许多快乐的周末...一起乘船回家，在户外享受阳光。我的儿子杰西已成长为团队中的一员，在我们自己的节目中帮助我——这或许是最令我骄傲的旅程。还有我的老伙伴们，我们一起经历了太多：冒险、生活、挣扎与家庭……我们的友谊支撑了这一切。
今年也见到了许多年轻的朋友，看到你们带着我的书和灿烂的笑容而来，这一切都格外珍贵。荒野教会我们：每一段旅程都有其意义。
2026，下一场冒险，继续！
Adventure is a state of mind — it's not about how far you go, but how you face fear and embrace the unknown.
As 2025’s adventures draw to a close, my team and I pushed into jungles and deserts for one of our boldest projects yet, witnessing once again “how the wild forges resilience and pride.” ... thank you team for always being there and for being the unsung heroes in our filming world.
Yet home is where every adventure begins and ends. On the Welsh island, we spent sunny weekends sailing back together, soaking in the outdoors. My son Jesse now works alongside me in our show — perhaps the journey I’m proudest of. And to my old friends: we’ve been through adventures, life, struggles, family… it’s friendship that carries us through.
This year I also met so many young faces — seeing you with my books and the brightest smiles made it all truly special. The wild teaches us that every journey has a purpose.
2026 — next adventure, on we go.
