故事：
一名70岁的俄克拉荷马州男子，患有4期滤泡性淋巴瘤，已转移至骨骼。

2025年4月初，他开始了：

伊维菌素：1毫克/公斤/天
芬苯达唑 1000 毫克/天
CBD油 100毫克/天
肿瘤科医生：从五月下旬开始，进行6个疗程的RCHOP方案化疗。

结果：截至2025年7月22日，他的PET扫描结果显示一切正常！

当时他已经服用 IVM/FBZ 3-4 个月了。

要点：

我现在有一些淋巴瘤治疗成功的案例，患者通过以下几种组合实现了完全缓解（经PET扫描证实）：

伊维菌素 + 芬苯达唑 + 利福平
伊维菌素 + 甲苯咪唑 + 利福平

哪个更好？文献似乎倾向于甲苯咪唑，但我没有确切的答案。

两种药物似乎都有效。这对有时难以获得其中一种药物（芬苯达唑或甲苯达唑）的癌症患者来说是个好消息。

如果采用已重新利用的药物，从四期癌症到缓解的可能性会大大增加。

Fenbendazole 1000mg/day

Oncologist: 6 rounds of RCHOP starting late May

KEY POINTS:

I now have Lymphoma success stories with complete remissions (confirmed by PET scans) of the following combinations:

Ivermectin + Fenbendazole + RCHOP
Ivermectin + Mebendazole + RCHOP

Which is better? Literature seems to lean towards Mebendazole but I don’t have a definitive answer.

Both seem to work. That's wonderful news for cancer patients who sometimes have trouble getting one or the other (Fenbendazole or Mebendazole).
