BMJ、Nature子刊双发：常见食品防腐剂，或增加癌症、糖尿病发病风险

2026年1月7日，索邦大学研究团队同一天分别在《英国医学杂志》和《自然·通讯》上发表了两篇研究论文。

题目分别为" Intake of food additive preservatives and incidence of cancer：results from the NutriNet-Santé prospective cohort "、" Associations between preservative food additives and type 2 diabetes incidence in the NutriNet-Santé prospective cohort "。

研究显示，过量摄入常见的食品防腐剂，与癌症、2型糖尿病发病风险增加显著相关，强调了重新评估食品防腐剂使用规范的必要性，结果建议消费者优先选择新鲜、少加工的食品，以减少防腐剂的摄入。
