韩国媒体报道#防弹少年团##金泰亨# 和#田柾国# 二审再次胜诉，造谣他们两人与女星恋情的油管博主败诉，需要在一审基础上再赔偿他们各自500万韩元，而且还要承担一部分律师费用。比较有趣的是，金泰亨承担一半的律师费，另一半是造谣油管主承担，而田柾国的case里，他只承担三分之一，剩下三分之二都是造谣油管主承担。这怎么还不一样[笑cry]笑死。

另外他们胜诉显然是给法庭递交了非常有力的证据，很想看这些证据，比如如何说明JK与李侑菲毫无关联，金泰亨与jennie的各种PS图片是仿造，咱们也好日后用来澄清[允悲] 要是美国估计早就曝光了内部证据。大家都能看到Taylor Swift 和Blake Lively的短信内容，就因为打官司证据被曝光。正泰这个案子如果证据能被曝光，那真的就大新闻。如果能给法院做辩护和陈述，咋就不能公开给大家也做一个辩护呢。他们俩日后要是能公开这些证据就好了。我们这澄清文案也能更有说服力。[捂嘴哭]

1️⃣ Members of BTS — V (Kim Taehyung) and Jungkook (Jeon Jungkook) — along with BigHit Music, partially won their appeal in a damages lawsuit

2️⃣ The case was against the operator of the YouTube channel 탈덕수용소, accused of spreading malicious and defamatory content

3️⃣ On Jan 23, the Seoul Western District Court (appeals division) ruled:
👉 The parts where V and Jungkook previously lost were overturned
👉 The defendant must pay each of them an additional ₩5 million

4️⃣ The court also dismissed all remaining appeals and stated the monetary ruling is provisionally enforceable (meaning payment can be pursued immediately)

5️⃣ Cost allocation details:
• V covers 1/2 of his portion, remainder on the defendant
• Jungkook covers 1/3, remainder on the defendant
