总领事普拉提克·马图尔今天在沪很高兴与中国著名的城市规划专家伍江教授会面，并邀其参加今年晚些时候在印度举行的“亚洲建筑师区域理事会”全体会议。

➡️ 作为今年亚洲建筑师协会理事会主席的伍教授表示，完全支持印度在今年下半年举办这场重要的建筑学术会议，并且该会议将在德里、贾伊普尔和阿格拉这三座城市举行一系列重要活动。

➡️ 总领事与来自同济大学建筑与城市规划学院的知名学者，就有关城市规划与发展的共同关注议题进行了交流。这些议题对于两国当前的发展和城市化进程而言至关重要。

Consul General Pratik Mathur was happy to meet China’s renowned urban planner Prof. Dr. Wu JING in Shanghai today and tender an invite for the ARCASIA (Architects Regional Council of Asia) plenary meeting to be held in India later this year.

➡️ Prof. Jiang, who is the President of the ARCASIA Council for the year, expressed full support for India’s hosting of the key architectural Conference later this year with key events across three cities of Delhi, Jaipur and Agra.

➡️ Consul General and the noted scholar who leads the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the reputed Tongji University of Shanghai, exchanged views on issues of mutual interest related to urban planning and development which remain critical to the ongoing development and urbanization process in the two countries.
