This is the first time I have returned to the runway this year. Since the second half of last year, I have been living across time zones frequently. In the first month of this year, I have been under great pressure, whether it is business, private, physiology and psychology.
Maybe I may not be able to run faster and longer in the future. As long as I still do what I like, it is a very happy thing for me. Thanks to today's sunshine, I have the courage to run again.

這是今年第一次回到跑道上，從去年下半年頻繁地跨時區生活，今年的第一個月無論是公事、私事，生理以及心理，都承擔很大壓力。
也許接下來不一定可以跑得更快更久，只要還是做著自己喜歡的事，對我來說，都是非常幸福的事，感謝今天的陽光，讓我重新鼓起跑步的勇氣。
