귀사의 업무상 부주의와 아티스트 안전에 대한 무시로 인해, 일본 휴가에서 한국으로 복귀하는 리우에게 마땅히 배치되어야 할 경호 인력이 제때 투입되지 않았습니다. 그 결과 리우는 사생 으로부터 매우 심각한 수준의 접근 및 괴롭힘을 당했습니다.
BOYNEXTDOOR는 한국 신세대 대세 그룹으로, 팬 규모와 사생 수가 매우 큰 상황입니다. 평소 업무 스케줄에서도 사생의 동승 및 과격한 행동이 빈번하게 발생하고 있음에도 불구하고, 귀사는 아티스트 안전 보호의 중요성을 인식하지 못하여 아티스트를 홀로 공항에 방치하고 사생에 맞서게 한 것입니다.
이러한 상황은 귀사 직원 분들이 전문성을 갖추고 있는지에 대해 의문을 갖게 할 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 사생 행위가 아티스트에게 심각한 심리적 충격을 줄 뿐 아니라 심할 경우 신체적 위해까지 초래할 수 있다는 점을 전혀 인지하지 못한 것이 아닌지 강하게 의문을 제기하지 않을 수 없습니다.
리우의 팬으로서 저희는 귀사에 다음과 같은 요구사항을 제기합니다:
1.이번 경호 업무 실패를 반성하고 아티스트 안전에 대한 인식을 강화하여, 업무 스케줄은 물론 사적 일정에서도 적절한 보호 조치를 제공할 것을 요구합니다.
2.아티스트에게 입힌 피해를 정면으로 인지하고 리우를 심리적으로 안정시키며, 유사 사건의 재발 방지를 약속할 것을 요구합니다.
3.아티스트의 개인정보 및 동선 유출 방지를 위한 보안 체계를 강화하고 사생 행위에 대한 단속을 강화할 것을 요구합니다.
아티스트를 보호하는 것이 귀사의 가장 기본적인 의무임을 잊지 마시고, 책임감 있게 경호 및 안전 관리에 임해 주시기를 바랍니다.아티스트의 신체적이며 정신적인 안전이 보장되는 것은 팬으로서 가장 기본적인 요구사항입니다.

Hello, we are fans of BOYNEXTDOOR member RIWOO.
Due to your company's negligence in work and disregard for artist safety, stalking fans were not dispatched in a timely manner to meet him at the airport. This resulted in RIWOO being severely harassed upon returning to Korea from his vacation in Japan.
As one of Korea's hottest young idol groups, BOYNEXTDOOR has a massive fanbase and a significant number of stalking fans. Despite frequent incidents of stalking fans following members on flights and even engaging in rude behaviors during regular work schedules, your company has failed to recognize the critical importance of artist safety. Allowing an artist to face stalking fans alone at the airport raises serious questions: Do your staff truly possess the necessary professional competence? Are they unaware that such behavior not only causes psychological trauma but can also, in severe cases, physically harm artists?
As RIWOO fans, we hereby present the following demands to your company:
1. Reflect on the failures in security during this incident and prioritize the artist's safety. Adequate protection must be provided during both work and private engagements.
2. Acknowledge the harm inflicted upon the artist, provide comfort to RIWOO, and commit to preventing similar incidents from recurring.
3. Improve confidentiality measures to prevent leaks of the artist's personal information and travel itineraries, and crack down on stalker activities.
We urge your company to remember that protecting the artist is your fundamental responsibility. Diligently fulfilling security duties is essential. Ensuring the artist's personal safety is the most basic request from fans.
