总领事普拉提克.马图尔带领印度驻上海总领事馆的全体官员，讨论落实在服务圣地（Seva Teerth）举行的印度联邦内阁首次会议通过的《服务决心》（Seva Sankalp）决议。

总领事强调，鉴于该决议的精神，所有官员和工作人员的行动都应受到“以公民为中心”的理念激励，每个人都应怀着强烈的责任感，切实为所有印度公民和海外侨民提供服务，并充分考虑到他们的需求。

所有官员和工作人员也决心竭尽全力，在 2047 年之前实现“发达印度”的愿景。

会议深入探讨了进一步推行敏锐响应、职责明确、以公民为中心的服务模式的具体构想, 包括通过运用技术手段来实现这一目标。

Consul General Pratik Mathur led deliberation of officials at CGI Shanghai to discuss the implementation of the Seva Sankalp Resolution adopted at the first meeting of the Union Cabinet at Seva Teerth.

CG emphasised that considering the spirit of the Resolution, all actions of officers and officials shall be inspired by the sentiment of “Nagrik Devo Bhava” and everyone shall be guided by a deep sense of responsibility towards effectively facilitating services to all Indian nationals and members of diaspora while being sensitive to their requirements.

All the officers and officials also resolved to make utmost efforts to realise the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047.

Ideas to further a sensitive, accountable and citizen-centric approach, including through use of technology, were also deliberated upon.
