为什么偏偏是9岁？其宗教法理依据是：根据传统圣训记载，先知穆罕默德在阿伊莎6岁时订婚，并在她9岁时圆房。
当然，9岁只是禁止发生关系，但可以发生其他触摸、摩擦等行为，即使哺乳期婴儿也可以。这是霍梅尼所写的《Tahrir al-Wasilah》（解惑指南）的内容。我查了一下，截图中文字的后文是：
